What Sonja Akkerman doesn't like about Domino's Pizza Drachten:
Unfortunately, the food we ordered arrived half an hour late and we had to pay the ridiculous amount of 7 euros in delivery costs at the door. This was not reported to me when I placed the order by telephone. The delivery person claimed that I had been called back about this, but I didn't answer so calling back a second time is too difficult I think. Plus I didn't have a missed call on my Domino's phone.
