Was Anonym at Slate Bleu a mag?
A delightful local gem in Doylestown! The cuisine features a French influence, is consistently fresh, and if you get the opportunity, dining at the bar is a must. Their handcrafted cocktails are truly exceptional! I tried the gnocchi and will certainly order it again. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Slate Bleu:
The best French restaurant I had in my life. The server was very rude and if she had worked for me, I would have fired it on site! I was at least a dozen times in Paris and Slate Bleu would have closed within a week. If you want a great meal, go to Honey on Shewell Ave. View all feedback.

This is an absolutely lovely little French restaurant tucked away from Main and State street in Doylestown Borough. We've eaten here a couple of times and the food is always perfect. The portions are bistro sized so you can order an app, entree, and then either a dessert for yourself or to share. The food is a bit pricey when you factor in the various courses and drinks, but not much more than the rest of Doylestown. Things to try: The onion soup us the best I've ever had anywhere, the pub steak is amazing, and you must try the frozen grapefruit martini (summer in a glass).

This restaurant is fantastic! Although the menu is a bit limited, everything on it is outstanding. The fountain drink I had was the best I've ever tasted. Our waitress was wonderful and provided excellent service.

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant! My partner and I visited for the first time at the end of August. We sat at the bar and quickly fell in love with the place after trying their offerings.

Whoa, seriously delicious! Baked oysters were wonderful and an unexpected surprise. The poisson soupe brought me back to Marseille, and the chicken liver was heart warming and perfectly balanced with the crepe, corn and cream. I do have to say thatI didn?t love the beef tartare, but it doesn?t matter as everything else was great. Good wines by the glass and super friendlyservice made for a nice dinner during a weekend away in Doylestown. Just be aware that it is not cheap to dine here dinnerfor a family of four was just over $200.

Worst French restaurant l have been to in my life. The server was very rude and if she had worked for me, I would have fired her on the spot! I have been to Paris at least a dozen times and Slate Bleu would have closed down within a week. Anyone who wants agreat meal, just go to Honey on Shewell Ave.
