Called manager and he s... read more Online “take out” order: ordered a Mediterranean bowl and received rice, some greens, old tomatoes, two strips of chicken and no hummus. Called manager and he said “what do you want me to do about it ?” Hmmm…..offer to make it right??? For $12, I record a $4 meal.

I attempted to order 3 kids grilled cheese, but the kiosk said that they were out of all sides except a... read more I brought my kids here on a Tuesday evening around 5:30. I attempted to order 3 kids grilled cheese, but the kiosk said that they were out of all sides except a baguette (no kids yogurt, no apple, no chips, no fruit cup). Who wants to pay $4.99 for melted cheese on bread with a side of bread? I gritted my teeth and continued to try to order my sandwich, a chicken avocado melt. The kiosk also said that some ingredients for my sandwich were out of stock. At that point I cancelled my order and instead had dinner a few doors down at a lovely local pizza place. I’m done with this Panera location, their sandwiches are always skimpy and they’re always out of ingredients.
