Hard pass here. I got a steak and cheddar sandwich and this is the horrible sandwich I received. This is a $13 sandwich. Absolutely garbage
My mom picked up my order for me as I was in the ER. No utensils were included and they forgot the salad dressing. Skimped on the salad fixings and it was pretty much just all lettuce.
Pretty good fast food. There bread is incredibly good. The soup is good. Mediterranean sandwich is pretty good. Had the chicken avocado sandwich this time. Really good!
So I went in Panera for some quick soup because my son was on a 4 day fast for his 3rd taekwondo Blackbelt testing, and was disappointed when I received about 1 ladle of chicken noodle soup that was mostly broth for $8, when I ordered a large. I didn'trealize til we were driving away. I did send an email to their customer service, and they had me sign up for their rewardsprogram so they could give me $10 in rewards, so they did quicky try to resolve my issue, that was nice. I would just say I'llgive them another chance when I use my rewards. I am hopeful for a better experience this time.
I contacted their customer service by email, and to my surprise, they accessed their rewards program to credit me $10 as a way to resolve the issue. I appreciated their prompt response and effort to make things right. I’m willing to give them another chance, especially since I can use my rewards on my next visit. I’m hopeful for a better experience next time.
