So I went in Panera for some quick soup because my son was on a 4 day fast for his 3rd taekwondo Blackbelt testing, and was disappointed when I received about 1... read more So I went in Panera for some quick soup because my son was on a 4 day fast for his 3rd taekwondo Blackbelt testing, and was disappointed when I received about 1 ladle of chicken noodle soup that was mostly broth for $8, when I ordered a large. I didn'trealize til we were driving away. I did send an email to their customer service, and they had me sign up for their rewardsprogram so they could give me $10 in rewards, so they did quicky try to resolve my issue, that was nice. I would just say I'llgive them another chance when I use my rewards. I am hopeful for a better experience this time.

Unfortunately, they forgot to include any utensils, and the salad dressing was missing. Additionally, the salad consisted mostly of toppings with very few greens.
