The last two times I went to Paganini I found the food to be very good; however, the wait time to place an order is ridiculous. I was recently there and has to ask twice if we could place our order. The food took a long time for it to be brought to ourtable. The staff is (how can I say this politely) a bit strange. It took a while to be seated. Keep in mind that there werethree visible employees and only two groups of two people waiting to be seated AND we were the only customers in the restaurant. The waiter didn't seem to know the menu items. He was young and possibly a new employee, so this didn't bother me. My friendasked if she could have mushrooms added to her entree. The chef came out and said yes. When our food was finally placed beforeus and about 10 minutes into eating, the chef came over to our table. I thought maybe he was going to ask how our entrees were, but he seemed perturbed, didn't say a word, took the sauce off our table and walked away. I have no idea why he acted sostrangely. We were polite and friendly throughout the time we were there. The previous time I was there the food took about 45minutes to get to our table. Until this restaurant is under different management I'll not go there. There are lots of otherrestaurants in Doylestown to choose from.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing, delicious meal at Paganini's last evening. The weather was perfect for sitting outside which is like sitting in a garden. All the staff were pleasant and efficient. We never felt rushed, which I appreciate. Thepasta dishes we ordered were made with homemade pasta and sauces that were delicious. I'm also a big fan of their arugula salad.Great place to eat.

Whenever I go to Paganini?s I always get an excellent meal. I have my usual favorites but love trying dishes they make with in season ingredients. Their homemade pasta and wood-oven pizzas are delicious!

I wish I would 've read the reviews BEFORE I went here! This was hands down one of the worst dining experience of my life! I was slightly suspicious when my husband and I went to eat here on a very busy Friday night at 5:30 and walked right in. There wasn 'ta single soul in the place, while there were lines out the door at every other restaurant we saw on State Street (there areMANY). We were halfheartedly greeted by an older woman, who handed us off to an oblivious kid. We were seated at an outsidetable with a glass of water. No one came near us for quite a while. When another person finally came, we ordered 2 cranberry &club sodas and it took a while to get those. We asked for some bread or something and nothing ever came. I went back in to talkto someone about it and they all looked annoyed. Finally someone else brought 2 very small rolls with nothing else. No butter orseasoned olive oil (they claim to be an Italian restaurant). I had to go in once again to request this. Took forever again. Weordered our meal from yet another uninterested/oblivious person and it took nearly a solid hour for just pasta and chicken parm. When it arrived it was very disappointing. The chicken parm was soggy and smother in sun dried tomatoes. I had asked formarinara. The pasta was extremely over done and mushy. We asked for everything to go as soon as it was delivered. We couldn 'tget out of there fast enough!!! Keep in mind that there was NO ONE in there. We took the food to go and walked across thestreet to 86 West and ate a GREAT meal. DON 'T EAT HERE!!!!
