These people are genuinely kind and have created a wonderful atmosphere. Their bagels are solid, though I was disappointed by the breakfast sandwich, the eggs were very overcooked and honestly tasted microwaved? This is easily forgiven when the staff is so kind, and by and large their food is excellent. Ingredients are fresh, they sell Dietz and Watson. Great

I especially love their cream cheese options, with my favorite being the veggie. The bagels also freeze exceptionally well for later enjoyment – I always make sure to stock up. The staff is helpful and friendly as well.
