I went to this restaurant with some colleagues for lunch on Friday and we were all impressed. I ordered the flocks and a green juice, while two of my colleagues got an acai and a strawberry smoothie. The food was fresh and delicious. I appreciate that this local restaurant offers many vegan and locally sourced options. The only downside was that the portions were a bit small.

My colleagues and I visited this restaurant last Friday for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I ordered oat flakes and a green juice, while two of my coworkers had an Acai dish and a strawberry smoothie. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. I appreciated the fact that they offered a variety of vegan and locally sourced options. The only minor drawback was that the portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side.

I visited this restaurant for the first time last Friday to grab lunch for myself and some coworkers, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered oatmeal and a green juice for myself, as well as an acai bowl and a strawberry smoothie for two coworkers. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. I appreciate supporting a local business that offers a variety of vegan and locally sourced food options. Just a heads up, the portions are on the smaller side.

Excellent selection of smoothies made with quality ingredients. Always a good vibe in the spot with plenty of options for AIP, Paleo, vegetarian, etc.

Great smoothie, we surprisingly really liked the blueberry peanut butter pea protein option. The mushroom based latte was strange and I'm not sure I would personally get it again but it was funky and I loved that they had it there. The avo toast wasappropriately overpriced, but I was still disappointed with how small the slice of bread was. On the other hand, was thoroughlysubsumed with joy to eat the flower placed atop it.
