Such a gem. I tried Tongba (special drink from nepal) and thukpa. Both were really good. It’s rare you find a well family run restaurant and I’ll be a regular from here onwards. Keep it up team! View all feedback.
What Chris Davis doesn't like about India Nepal Oven:
Ordered saag paneer, alu mattar, and lamb boti kebab. Have to say the flavor was not great on any of these. Even worse, the lamb kebab was inedible. The meat was incredibly tough.. think of a well done steak that was then put in the microwave for a couple minutes tough like leather. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for Indian cravings. The food is always delicious. I dine here about twice a year.
The garlic naan is tasty, and the portion sizes are sufficient. The saffron rice is decent, too.
We are very picky about Indian food! This place was really good! And the service too we will be back!!!
Not one piece of naan bread comes with a dinner. It's like ordering spaghetti and you don't get bread. It's an expectation. You have to buy it separately. I spent $70 on three dinners and I thought I bought extra naan. Dishes/entrees don't include naan. That is nickeling and diming customers. I paid $5 for one piece of naan, dish didn't come with it. You need to soak up that sauce! It's flour and water!?!? Butter chicken was delish, not much meat in it. Saag was sad and tasted like frozen spinach was used. PS, not everyone wants saffron in the rice. Use less saffron and give naan with their meal. Saffron is expensive. t was a great flavor but very skimpy. It was really sad. I'll go else where and make the drive. PS they send you to grub hub but hours are not aligned. Never again.I wanted to like it. Just couldn't get over some of issues
Best biryani I’ve ever had in my life! Everything is made from scratch as I can actually see all the spices. I’ll definitely come back to try their other food.
