Don't take it personally, this is a high turn-over industry so if you see the same person there for longer than 6 months know that they're a capable, dedicated, and loyal individual. KEEP YOUR HANDS AWAY FROM YOUR FACE WHEN WORKING WITH FOOD! The employee should not be touching their NOSE, then making my coffee. Then to have my coffee have a burnt taste, and find massive amounts of coffee grounds in the bottom, is absolutely disgusting. I've never been so disgusted. Best coffee around! Pleasant staff and quick service
The woman working on Saturday early evening was so kind and sweet! She made sure we were satisfied with our drinks and donuts! She also offered free donuts.

This relatively old (yet recently renovated) Dunkin' has been my go-to Dunks for years now. Located within the Shell gas station in Littleton Common (downtown), the staff here are very friendly (especially Julie)! I place mobile orders from the Dunkin' mobile app all the time and every order is made perfectly within a very timely fashion. Feel free to talk with the Shell gas station attendees as well, also very friendly. Parking: Located directly within the Shell gas station in the center of Littleton off of Rte 110/2A, parking is relatively limited here since it's within a gas station after all. You can find parking on the sides/outskirts of the pumps and towards the sides of the actual building itself. Approximately 8 total designated parking spots on those two sides of the store.
