Went with our 4 kids for our anniversary meal; we were standing waiting for a table for a while before anyone noticed us and by the time we finally got a table... read more Went with our 4 kids for our anniversary meal; we were standing waiting for a table for a while before anyone noticed us and by the time we finally got a table the service was poor and the food really wasn’t great. My side was unavailable but I was only told this when my main was brought to the table so I couldn’t change my order. My husband’s fries had obviously been left sitting and were cold. It was virtually impossible to find any staff and when we did, they weren’t very helpful. I messaged Dakota’s afterwards but have been totally ignored. The whole experience ruined what had been a wonderful day; we definitely won’t be back.
