Dunkin' - Downingtown

I walked in the employees looked at me did not help me. I was standing right at the counter, and then a man walked in behind me and they helped him first.

I can't believe I'm giving a Dunkin' a 5 star review. Just came here out of necessity to work while I waited for my car to get inspected, and ended being very pleasantly surprised. The whole place has been renovated and is really a nice environment and atmosphere for work. The donuts looked fresh, but I didn't get any. I got an iced coffee, and it was miles better than iced coffee used to be at Dunkin'. I'm excited to try their iced coffee with blueberry flavoring and cream next time. They also have order kiosks the whole experience feels modern and much more chic than I ever thought possible with Dunkin', which I usually associate with lameness and expensive but old feeling stuff.

The staff at this Dunkin deserves a shout out! These guys are great and run a tight ship. Love the updates to this location, too!?

Today my medium Carmel latte was great.I ordered the egg whii veggie bites for the first time. The texture was off-putting at best. I hope you can come up with a much better recipe.

The only good thing I can say about this lame excuse for a Dunkin’ Donuts is the cleanliness. However, on our last visit we used a piece of paper to write down our order (since it is a complex order, I know how Karen of us). The drinks we received were not at all what we ordered. We ordered 2 iced coffees, one with mocha, one with caramel, both with liquid sugar and less ice, and sweet cold foam. Unfortunately, the drinks we received were a mocha frappe with lots of ice and a caramel frappe with lots of ice. If we weren’t in a rush to get to work, and it wasn’t so busy in the drive thru, I would’ve talked to the cashier who took our order at the counter. Should coulda woulda, blah blah. Either way, it’s unacceptable to mess up an order as small as ours when it is literally written down to ensure accuracy, not even quality, but accuracy. To end this essay of a review, don’t waste your time here and just go to the coatesville location 3-5 mins away.
