The service at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I asked the lady for extra teriyaki sauce, and her response was rude, insisting that I had to pay extra for it. Additionally, she kept my son waiting for a long time. When I requested the sauce, she told me she could only give me one serving, yet I still had to wait.

The restaurant has only one person working both the drive-thru and front counter, which left us waiting in line for 15 minutes. It seems like the manager prefers to operate with a minimal staff to cut costs.

It's impressive, yet it falls within the average range. The prices reflect the new inflation rates, and in my case, the portion size is smaller than what it used to be before the pandemic. Additionally, the staff member who took my order wasn't particularly friendly.

3 Stars is only because the service was slow, could have been an excellent experience if the service was faster. The food was good .

I’d rate it zero if I could. Horrible customer service, the cashier was passive aggressive to my mom, the food took forever to come out and not to mention they got our order wrong. We ordered orange chicken and they gave us beef with chicken when we never eat beef from there and they charged us money for extra teriyaki sauce. I suggest you never come here.
