Subway - Downey

I experienced exceptional service and a warm welcome on May 31, 2022, between 5:45 and 6:15 PM. The young woman at the counter, who appeared to be around 38 years old, truly made my day better after I had a tough time. Her kindness and excellent service were greatly appreciated.

The restaurant was very clean, and I appreciated that they offered non-soda drinks on tap. I'm glad we arrived when we did because, at 1:00 PM on a Saturday, there was only one staff member working while another was on break, eating in the dining room, despite there being nine customers waiting!
