This Subway location was impressively clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Although I typically order the footlong Tuna sandwich on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it on wheat bread instead, and it was not messy at all. I really enjoy dining at this Subway. The customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere always makes me feel welcome. The decor is nice, and the staff member there is incredibly friendly and outgoing.

I arrived at 7:55 PM, with closing time listed as 9:00 PM. However, the door was closed and had a sign saying "out to lunch." I assumed they might reopen by 8:00 PM, so I waited. At 8:00 PM, two girls were inside chatting and just staring. My husband knocked and asked if they were closed, and one of them confirmed they were. Their posted hours are on the door, but they chose to close early. We ended up going to McDonald's instead.

I placed an online delivery order from this Subway location and received an order confirmation. However, when the delivery driver arrived to pick it up, he was told my order had been canceled. I never canceled it—the store did, without any explanation. The contact number was useless, as I kept getting a voicemail saying the person I was trying to reach was unavailable. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer service experience. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.
