Stinkin Crawfish Of Downey

The waiter was incredibly rude and told us to sit at a table where the time was. We were not given menus, so I grabbed two from the counter. When the waiter finally came over, he asked where I got the menus from. I told him, and he rudely replied that next time I should wait for someone to give us a menu. I looked at him, said "bye" and left. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. I called and spoke to the very apologetic manager, who offered me a discount and asked if I would consider coming back. However, I am unsure if customer service is a priority at this establishment for me.

I used to adore this restaurant, but recently their customer service has been terrible. They turned us away at 8:15 pm, even though they close at 9:00 pm, and there were no other customers inside. This is the second time they have refused to serve us due to staffing issues, I assume? While I hate to leave a negative review, good customer service is an important aspect of a dining experience, and I doubt I will return to a place that has turned me away 45 minutes before closing time.

My partner and I came to this restaurant for a date night. The ambiance was welcoming and there were multiple TVs showing sports games. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The food arrived hot and we decided to go with the spicy sauce for our combo, which was delicious. Just be cautious not to wear light-colored clothing, as it can get messy while eating. (Also, don't forget to try the pear dessert.) We have visited this restaurant a few times now and always look forward to our next meal.

The place is great and the atmosphere is cool. The shrimp is fresh and I love the service provided.
