Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Downey

There was a glitch in the order of my pizza and the staff there was able to correct it with no extra charge, saving my son's birthday party! They went above and beyond to take care of their customer. Great experience!!

Pizza was good only complaint is that it's way too saucy other than that good service

Staff was very courteous and professional. My wife fell when we were walking through neighborhoods to get to Shakey?s and when we got there they gave us two bags of ice throughout our dinner. Food was pretty good too, didn?t go into the arcade but it seemed like they have a decent selection of games. Very good dining experience.

The place was full but the wait was minimal as the employees moved along quickly. The cashier was friendly, our server was attentive and our cleanup crew was polite. The food came out to our table quick and was fresh. We are happy to have to came back tonight. Great job Shakey?s

Best lunch buffet 11am-2pm 7 days a week for only $10.99. Fountain drink extra. Pizza and salad bar plus fried potato slices or MOJOS, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and crazy, corn, pasta, and an arcade for the kiddies.
