What Christopher Diaz doesn't like about Pepe's Downey:
Order was incorrect. Food seems super rushed. Asked for green chili and was given red. Ordered a combo plate and received no utensils for my rice and beans. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience View all feedback.
Terrible food and I been to all Pepes this one on Downey is terrible. Sloppy food over salted beans was white the meat was mixed with other meats it was bad
Today is officially my last day at pepes. I can understand the prices going up I have no problem at all, I got the same burrito two days ago and I got it again today and he went up another $0.45. That is not my problem because this is happening everywhere it 's the sign of the times. The problem is the service this is the second time or I 've asked something and they were very rude and said "Well you Want It or you don 't want it "with a pist off mood. Hopefully people catch on with all the rudeness that 's going on at pepes. The food has always been great, but now I 'm not going there because of the quality of service.

The food was excellent and the people were very helpful and nice and I will be back again soon.
Solid portions and the flavors are pretty good. Just wish they had a little more heat to their salsa but otherwise tasty.
