Do not order over the phone. 3 times in a row they get my order wrong or purposely change my order for higher bill. It sounds like calls are being re-directed outside US. Better to order in person…. much faster and accurate

The pizzas are pretty cheap the pizzas are good it’s just the delivery drivers I ordered 2 large pizzas and a Pepsi they told me it was 30.99 but when the diver came it was 35.88 they charge us way more.

Bad service, they couldn't sell me in the establishment because supposedly there were only online orders. I was trained and at no time did they mention it

I wish there were negative stars. Ordered delivery online with an estimated 63 minute delivery window. After 70 minutes we tried to call the business but you can 't. All you can do is get corporate and then they transfer the call. Finally, someone answered and said the driver was on his way. We waited another 15 minutes, and nothing. Couldn 't get anyone to answer the phone, so 2 hours later, I ended up driving to their location. In the meantime, the pizza tracker said the pizzas had been delivered, which they weren 't. I told the guy about the problem and it was like deer in headlights. He claimed they didn 't have my order. However, I was able to show them the confirmation email with the order number. Not only that, I pointed out someone told me the delivery was on its way. The manager went into the back room to call the driver , right. The manager then accused me of lying! Interestingly, just before he accused me of stealing pizza (you know by prepaying for it online), he showed a worker my order on the computer. I 'm definitely not fluent in Spanish, but I can get enough of what was being said. He finally agreed to credit me for a prior order which was more expensive. But when the credit shows up, it 's for the exact amount and order number I was accused of stealing. Terrible, horrible customer service. My family will never go back here.

Today is the LAST TIME we are ordering from this place!!This is the 3rd time they mess up our order.We have orders from this place for the past ten years and I am not sure if they ave new management or whatnot, but the service has just been HORRIBLE!!No matter how specific we get when we place our order they always manage to mess it up!!!GOOD BYE PAPA JOHN'S....
