Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the focaccia, scrambled eggs, microwaved sausage patty, and the sandwich with unmelted cheese that I ordered. I’ll give it another try and hopefully have a better experience next time. No photos this time.

I've visited other Panera Bread locations and found t... read more On Monday, August 22nd, around 8:45, I typically only do takeout, so I've never left a review here before. I've visited other Panera Bread locations and found the service to be just average. However, the customer service at this Downey location is exceptional! They’re not pushy and even remember my rewards card number. Today was no exception; I was having a tough time with my teenager and got a bit teary-eyed. The cashier at the window noticed me and checked in to see if everything was alright. I could truly feel his genuine concern, and I'm grateful for his kindness (just a mom handling a moody teenager). Thank you for going above and beyond!
