Mcdonald's - Downey

I had placed an order through the app and when I arrived at 11 o'clock, the cashier told me that I couldn't order breakfast. However, he went out of his way to inform the manager, who then went above and beyond to accommodate my request. I was very impressed with the customer service, especially after breakfast. The cashier, named DJ, was very professional and attentive, and the female manager took great care of us.

This was my first visit to the McDonald's in Downey and my first time going through the drive-thru. We ordered exactly what we wanted and everything was good and correct.

The service at this McDonald's is the worst on the planet. Every time we go there, we have a bad experience. The management is terrible, the customer service is terrible, and the service itself is terrible. The workers are rude and often get orders wrong. I will not be returning and have advised all my family and friends to stay away from this place. It is just terrible.

Nothing to say, each time is different experience ordering and getting the food. either good or bad.

They only accept cash only after 12. Like why can't y'all take cards or Apple Pay ??? I had to wait 30 mins just to get out of the drive thru only for me not to get nothing Because it's cash only. Just Wasted my gas and time for nothing
