Good food friendly employees. Parking is midsize but be aware it's a one way in one way out spot. I just noticed they have kiosks so you take your time ordering and it's very easy to use with pictures. During lunch hour and dinner hour it gets very busy in there. Do the fact it's next to the mall and there's a couple hotels around there. And please do us a favor when you're exiting with your car stay on the far right... View all feedback.

I bought a taco salad, i said no beans because i dont like red beans!, I said instead of beans more rice, but no, just a bit of stuff in the taco!, And thats how they rip you off, so expensive and a bit of food, no coming back ever *UPDATE* Actually they did put beans!, When also the receipt says NO BEANS View all feedback.
Terrible portions and missing cheese and avocado.? Smh This is a double chicken tostada salad?? Second visit 1/24/21: Once again missing avacado and cheese. Seems to be the same ingredients missing every time. What?s wrong with this location?? Doing this on purpose is the only thing that comes to mind. Second picture is from today.
Came yesterday and saw the long journey through the line. Decided to park and go, they served my food quickly. I appreciate all those who work there, even during the rush you're still going through. I haven't eaten a beast in college since 2016, so I decided to get something. I have read many of the reviews here, and some are valid, but it will be honestly hard in packed times, but you guys do your best and come to work every day. Many people like to complain when a mistake is made, but not when big work is done. You are amazing, keep doing your best!
Oh my God I enjoyed my Pollo loco food so much nice and hot, but my only disappointment was there no potato and gravy, but maybe on the next order they will be there but great job guys yes I did brilliantly on my food
Most franchises in my area are quite sloppy and unethical on their quality of food and service. Old Chicken, Stale Chips and Tostada Bowls. Pretty bad lately
This by far has been the worst pollo loco experience ever. My sister and I dropped by today and had to get another customer who was in the middle of their meal to open the door for us as it was locked DURING BUSINESS HOURS. While waiting for our meal i then noticed everyone?s food was coming out so I asked the cashier Lorena what was going so she responds ?we?re waiting on more chicken? which wouldn?t have been a bad response had she not snickered at me trying to be funny. Not to point out more than 2 customers were complaining to her about incorrect orders. As I went back to waiting she kept her nasty attitude at other customers which led to one requesting to speak to a manager. Once I got my food she Didint give me tortillas which my sister asked for and she nearly yelled at her ? I know?! Lastly the place really needs sanitation and overall need to hire workers with respect.
