Didn't think there was better iced coffee out there than McDonald's but boiiii did Valeria knock it out of the park!! Not to mention the warmed up banana nut muffin she recommended, she deserves a raise! Best little hole in the wall coffee shop in Downey! View all feedback.

Excellent coffee, and staff were so kind. It brought be back to the coffee shacks in Oregon. The experience, and the coffee, are much better than your starbucks or coffee bean. All Now I look forward to getting coffee here when super charging my Tesla!
First time going here. The young lady was very helpful despite my indecision. Coffee is good and my wife appreciated the sugar free hazelnut and sugar free vanilla flavors.
Omg omg I just happened to get off at this freeway exsit and my husband told me you have to try them . Tried the coffee mocha with a extra shot and seriously the best coffee I've had in a while . It's was the Perfect amount of sweet. Definitely give them a try . Fast and friendly service for sure we were in line for literally what felt like 5 min and bam coffee . Back on the freeway . Super tasty and good coffee if your tierd of McDonald's coffee just get in line here !
There are many unique ice cream flavors, cookies and other sweet treats to choose from. Among our favorite options is the ice cream sandwich that you can customize; choose the cookies and ice cream combination you want and it is assembled and handed to you. They are $6 but very large. There are traditional favorites like chocolate chip cookies or birthday cookies loaded with sprinkles. Be prepared for a major sugar rush!
This drive-thru has been a convenient stop for me for many years, and I truly prefer their coffee to any other, even those from more heavily marketed cafes. We often take a detour just to visit Drinx, and it's an experience we always look forward to.

I had a really disappointing experience at the restaurant today. The girl who served me was quite rude, and I’ve never seen her there before, so she might be new. The service was terrible, and the coffee she made didn't taste good at all. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5.
Terrible coffee and awful customer service. The staff member was more interested in her phone than helping customers. I ordered a cafe mocha, and it tasted like bitter, stale coffee that had been sitting out for too long. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
I really love this place, but today I had a bit of an issue. I specifically ordered my oatmeal without raisins, but the girl taking my order was focused on her phone and didn’t seem to be paying attention. When I got back to my office and opened my oatmeal, it was packed with raisins. I was really disappointed!

I called about a pending transaction because I paid cash and had no idea why there was a charge. Someone found and used me debit card. When I called to speak to a manager about it. She called me a b and hung up. she was there at the time of 10:20. I 've been in the customer service for 13 years and have never done this no matter how bitchy someone was being. Y 'all need to get the 15 year olds out the back, if they are capable of even answering a call right. Hope the actual owner reads this and teaches that some management skills I will be there later today to talk to the owner sis! Because no owner of a business would act like you did
