This chick filet was crazy to get into they had signs and cones all over the place people didn't know where to go. They took over the parking lot for all the other shops in the center with their signs and cones. Too much hassle. What Devin doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
They forgot to give me my drink (Mango Sunjoy). They also don't give free refills on a Mango sunjoy, which is funny because it's LITERALLY lemonade, iced tea and a mango flavoring. The food was cold. Not to mention the parking lot is a mess and entering this location is hectic. View all feedback.
New location. Food is good like in all locations however the drive thru is a mess. Cars cutting the line, employees doing nothing about it, placing orders takes forever. If you are planning to go to the drive thru I suggest you to access on Imperial Hwy, there is another access on Lakewood Blvd but that?s for people going into the restaurant, also you might get stuck with the drive through lane. Placing mobile orders through their app is faster and you get rewards points.
Same great Chick-fil-a quality. However, this location leaves something out of our orders 9 times out of 10. That is not an exaggeration. I?ve waited a while to post since this spot has opened. Figured they needed to work out the kinks. It?s really annoying to sort thru big orders making sure everything is there. But it is VERY NECESSARY with this location. Once the ratio of complete orders improves I?ll change my rating accordingly. Okay
Very long line but moved well. Surprisingly shorter wait time than most. Very organized and efficient.
Unfortunately my bad experience with this location is not the 1st time. Placing the order via the app is simple however the young lady was having an issue and called over another women, after a few minutes they decided to send me to the main window and just let them know that I have 2 orders ready. I get there and they said I had not paid but I added money through the app that showed successful and yet the gentleman requested that I pay another form. I showed the paid amount on my app and time and was there for some time. Another lady approached did something on the computer scanned my phone and that was finished. The lady that gave me the food said have a great day. In other circumstances that would have been fine but in this scenario what they should have said is apologize for the long wait, I interacted with 5 people from the start and no one had the thought to see the issue and brushed it off. On top of that I had to park, get off with my child to get the rest of the order that was not given to me and even then I still didn't get an apology. I work in retail and am part of the hiring committee and I use to rave about your customer service till lately I will no longer use this company as an example.
I can?t believe this happen to me I always thought Chick- fil was a clean place to eat ! I opened my wrapper and aliving bug came out ! ????
