Boston Market - Downey

My grandson and I absolutely love this place! My grandson always orders the hamburgers and my favorite is the turkey sandwich.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly fresh and delicious. The service is good at this specific location. While the prices are a bit high, the flavors make it worth it. The only issue we have is that we never seem to receive our entire order, always missing an item. However, it is a great spot for fresh buns and turkey dishes.

The food was satisfactory, but slightly overpriced for a fast food restaurant. You are not paying for the atmosphere. The service was quick. The floors behind the counter could use a thorough cleaning, especially the edges that are visible to customers. The small refrigerator door fell off when the employee opened it to retrieve something, and was simply put back in place as if it were normal. It is not fair for the employees to work in these conditions.

This restaurant offers lunch specials and has a variety of different sauces for their chicken. We tried the Thai spicy sauce, which was tasty but not very spicy. The chicken nuggets were also very good.

I just left the drive-thru of a restaurant at 7:30pm on 7/22/22 and was unable to purchase a family meal as they only had enough for two meatloaf or two chicken plates. I was very disappointed and do not plan on returning to feed my family at this restaurant again.
