Contribute Feedback What Stacye Erickson doesn't like about Boston Market:
This Boston Market was very dark, and nobody was there. We went in for dinner. Lots of stacked up boxes in the dining area didn't look good. Apparently, the credit/debit card server was down, so we had to pay cash.Food was OK, certainly not great like it used to be. Corn bread was cold. The best was the creamed spinach. Our bill was about $37, which was too high for this experience. Doubtful we will be back. View all feedback.
I’m a ex employee I can say the company are scam artists that have closed the other stores but haven’t paid so many employees their final checks 8 months past due so much unpaid wages in Los
Very meh. I used to love Boston market. To be honest, they’ve really fallen off. Lately I’ve noticed they’ve been closing the ones around me so I happened to be in an area that had one. I stopped in and purchased about $60 worth of food. The sides were skimpy. They gave me two small containers and said they ran out of the large, but that the two small equaled one large. It didn’t look like it. I bought a family of 5 meal to feed 2 adults and 2 children under 12 and it was NOT enough. It used to be.And the food itself was just not good. Idk if someone bought them out and changed the recipe, or they just had food sitting there for too long (I purchased it around 2pm) but that was the last time I will eat there
Boston Market is a dying restaurant chain, considering how their CEO runs this food chain I'm not surprised! Their interior dining area is sloppy, old, and doesn't look clean. Several menu items are out of stock, even saw customers walk out because of no Mac Cheese! For the price you pay, and the quality of food, I won't be surprised if Boston Market dies in the future, since not to many providers want to do business with them.
Great food, friendly staff, I recommend coming here.
Not sure how this place is still in business. Horrible service and location is always dirty.
