Contribute Feedback What Ty Colander likes about Sharko's Bbq:
The best brisket you can get for the price, amazing lemonade that tastes homemade, and absolutely killer sauces. Try the Carolina sauce, it's like honey mustard's way cooler older brother, and it goes with everything. The cake was good. Good balance of frosting and cake. Prices haven't gone up that much from when I went to the Naperville location, which was probably 3 or 4 years ago now. Dining room is a bit cramped... View all feedback.
What Kevin Coleman doesn't like about Sharko's Bbq:
It's OK. Atmosphere had a chatoic and disorganized feeling walking in. The prices seem inconsistent. Ordered online for asap, it was ready in 5 minutes. I guess just order in the store. The sauce regalia is off too, several different branded (odd name) sauces at .25 a cup. Hot, medium, mild and a spicy vinegar work just fine, allow people as much as they prefer.I walked out feeling nickeled and dimed and the quality... View all feedback.

Beans weren't cooked, coleslaw was lacking, mac and cheese was OK, but i dont understand cost of coleslaw being equal to cost mac and cheese. Meat seemed day old, trayed and reheated.I'd prefer a more concise menu with fresh daily smoked meats and limited quality fresh sides. If you're not selling out bbq daily, something is awry.
Brisket was flavorful and definitely wasn't dry. I'd skip the rib tips next time. Sweet potatoes were good and surprisingly not over sweet with the marshmallow too. The kids liked the Mac and cheese but it wasn't anything special.Service was ok, there's a few tables inside where you could eat but this definitely is more of a takeout place.4 stars cause the brisket was good.
Food was great and staff were friendly however, both me and my boyfriend got really sick after eating here. We got a sandwich and brisket with potato salad and Mac n cheese. It was my first time eating here and I most likely won't be returning due to probable food poisoning.
Went for a quick lunch break on a moving day. Absolutely sustained us for the rest of the heavy lifting. I tried the smoked turkey plate and loved all of the sauce options. My BF got the brisket mac and liked it. We both also enjoyed the lemonade (tasted like my childhood! , coleslaw, and green beans carrots. If I weren't moving away, I'd be back (especially for that lemonade...

There are a couple of tables, though.
