We take a vacation about twice a month, and they always do a fantastic job. The staff is super polite, and we never have to wait long! I also go in occasionally, and the employees are always very friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
I'm not sure if it was just me, but the lobby and nearby areas had a strong odor that reminded me of a dirty bathroom. It felt like they might be using the same mop for the lobby floors as they do for the bathrooms—yikes! I really wish they would stop that! Og always had a good call. the personal here is new and they can say they try their best to do a wonderful work! some are warm and very hospitable. the hostesses could use a bit of mitral and edict. eating is usual on the spot! the server are always the best at these locations.
Food was fine but we were here for 3 hours on a Monday night. Service was unbelievably slow due ONLY to our waitress. Food came out very fast but she disappeared multiple times for so long that we had to go up and ask for her at the host stand. We waited 20 minutes for her to bring extra forks for our shared dessert. When she finally turned around from the table next to us to give our credit card receipt she ran off before we could tell her that we were missing a charge slip for $65 of the split bill. Again the manager and hostess couldn’t find her we went to walk out and had to essentially BEG to pay.
When you 're at Olive Garden, you 're family (but of course you can 't stay an unlimited time and you have to pay for food .Kidding aside... Good food, atmosphere and service.
Saturday June 25,2022 it was my husband's birthday we decided to order to go dinner.. We were right on time picked up our order. By the time we got home and put the food on our plates it was COLD. We only live 15 mins from Downers Grove. We figured it must have been luke warm when we picked it up. Plus the salad only had one dressing cup. Not enough to coat the lettuce. The food was good once warmed up. But not happy!!
