Website indicated it was permanently closed. Good thing I didn't check this before I left. They are open and combined with KFC. We used to have a store in Aurora and I really missed it. Love the fish and fries! Brought back memories. Thank you! View all feedback.

Ever since Long John Silver's closed in Hanover Park, we have been craving their food. However, after stopping at the location in Downers Grove off of Farnburg, we will not be returning. The other reviews were correct. My hunchback was overcooked and as hard as a rock, and I never received my hush puppies, which is a disappointment. Additionally, they did not offer any desserts. Great experience. The crew was outstanding. Food was delicious.
Downright PISSED OFF with this place. You can't walk in and eat inside. Only allowed inside for mobile ordering/take out. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, WITH NO SERVICE OF TAKING MY ORDER. There's a line of 3 cars in front of me. At this rate... I would be for over an hour. I LEFT, DROVE NEXT DOOR AND WALKED INTO WENDY'S AND ATE. I left Wendy's 20 minutes later and the same car that was in front of me, when I left the drive thru, was still there and still had 1 car in front of them.
Absolutely the worst customer service manager and team members. They refuse to do their job they are getting paid for. No one in line or restaurant and they tell me 30 minutes. And was VERY rude
Terrible. Out of tarter sauce, didn't get my extra hushpuppues I paid for, fish was dried up and hard like it was found alongside a bank, and when I tried to call...ring ring ring...hangup!
Not Alot of LONG JOHN SILVERS around anymore. Drove 30 kins to get this order. Ordered a fish add on to the meal. Forgot the darn fish......letdown. I know to check drive thru orders.....but it would have nice for them to have done their jobs correctly!!! Not to much to ask.
