Kfc - Downers Grove

If I hadn't been short on time, I would have reconsidered my choice for dinner tonight. I forgot just how poor their quality control is. The pieces were dried out and slippery, making them practically inedible. I'm returning to Popeyes.

Unfortunately it was subpar to say it nicely. the 8 pieces are 17,99 without side and were small, dry and gone too salty.

I typically don’t write reviews, but my experience here was bad enough to warrant one. I found several hairs in my food, and the manager was extremely rude. Despite there being no other cars in line at the drive-thru, they rushed our order.

Nasty KFC Shot huh was tough and chew. this place does not offer fresh fast food.

I received the smallest chicken portion imaginable. I drove thirty minutes to this location because Yelp indicated they accepted EBT, and I had successfully used my EBT card here in the past. However, the manager on duty refused to let me use it this time. She was quite rude, and it was clear she wasn't pleased with my order. It was really disappointing not to be able to use my EBT card and to have been served the tiniest pieces available.
