While some experience frustrating service, such as incorrect orders and unfriendly staff, others rave about the remarkably warm and attentive customer service they receive. One standout employee has been noted for resolving issues swiftly and ensuring drinks are made to perfection, which brightens customers' mornings despite previous mishaps. However, recurring complaints about stale food and errors persist, leaving a sour taste for many. Overall, this Dunkin' finds itself at a crossroads, facing the challenge of transforming its inconsistent service into a consistently positive experience.
Manager Cristina was extremely disrespectful to me during my time working there. Additionally, the entire establishment is operated by individuals my age, so if you value quality customer service, I strongly advise against dining here.
The female employee working the night shift has a poor attitude and lacks the proper skills for making drinks correctly.
I would highly recommend Dunkin' Donuts! The staff at this location in the morning is very friendly.
Night shift woman is really slow and always gets my order wrong, i usually don?t say anything though because i don?t want to deal with her attitude, my drinks usually just taste like watered down milk, morning staff is decent though
I thought it was just me but apparently everyone else who comes to this Dunkin? has had the same horrible experience. I expressed to the lady at the window that they had previously gotten my order incorrect. A ?manager? then approached the windowto argue with me about the fact that I would not be compensated or given anything even though they were the ones who got theorder incorrect. I go to Dunkin? all over the city and this one is truly the worst experience I?ve had. Don?t be in customerservice to have a nasty attitude and ruin people?s days. Also get it together and get the orders correct. Twice in one weekitems were forgotten. What?s the point in a drive through if I have to go through it again or get off my car because somethingis missing. It?s really not acceptable and best believe I will be publicly sharing this horrible experience at this Dunkin on asmany social media?s as I can and escalate this just because of how that manager treated me.
