It was a good stay at a fair price. The hotel is undergoing a renovation and a brand change to Best Western. Difficult to find the entrance and the restaurant next door takes up a lot of their parking lot starting at about 5. Lot of things that need to be addressed. View all feedback.
What Samantha R doesn't like about Comfort Inn Downers Grove Lombard:
Not a bad hotel but definitely no frills. The room was ok and the bathroom was small. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't sparkly clean. If you need somewhere to sleep for a night it's ok on a budget. View all feedback.
The room was nice, clean nice staff but this hotel is very loud, lots of loud noise from guests housekeeping, lots of people coming going, alit of traffic for God only knows what, slamming doors, playing loud music, partying etc .. all ours of the day and night. They have no respect for other guests or people that have to get up early for work. Very disappointed and don 't recommend unless your into that lifestyle. Ugh...
One of the best Comfort Inn's I have stayed at. Very clean and they are updating things like new carpet. Employees are friendly. Just a pleasant experience.

I've been staying here sporadically for the past year, but I think I'm done. The rooms are clean enough, but the complete lack of even a cup of coffee in the morning is a bit much. No breakfast.....and today, I can't even get a cup of caffeinated coffee.
No amenities. No hot breakfast. The worst part was trying to find this place. THERE IS NO SIGN that anyone can see! I met people walking through the parking lot looking for the entrance too. It was ridiculous. Are we supposed to know where this hotel is by osmosis? I walked into the restaurant next door four times asking where it was. It was dark, gloomy, with 40 watt light bulbs. I will not stay here again. Even the clerk told me he had a hard time finding it when he came for his INTERVIEW! Also, I hear this is going away from Comfort Suites and will soon be a Best Western. Best Westerns are always crummy, so it fits.
