Food is really good especially the curry which is just so tasty, I love it, hence we keep returning.

We went on a Sunday and e... read more We had a delightful family lunch at this restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the menu had a great selection of food. We went on a Sunday and enjoyed the Sunday Roast menu. The beef was plentiful and tasty, although there were only a few vegetables (carrots and swede) compared to the amount of mash.

Everyone's food arrived around the same tim... read more Booked The Oaks for a party of 11 people. We were all squashed into a tiny corner with no space. Only one waiter on. Everyone's food arrived around the same time, except for one person who received hers without so much as an apology 15 minutes after everyone else. We asked several times for more water drinks for the table, but these never came We gave up in the end. Compliments to the chef, as the food was lovely, however we won't be back due to the sub standard service.
