Burger King - Dowagiac

Was horrible th woman making food was very rude didn't wanna make my food then put some hot sauce the I had to throw it away wasted time and money I don't recommend going in there people are very rude the woman making food shouldn't be working

Don’t understand why four people in the store can’t give me a chicken nuggets order why is it today that there’s no workers just because the pandemic was way back in 2019. This should’ve been corrected along time ago. I hope this gets to the regional and the district manager to figure this out that when you walk into a Burger King the employee say we don’t have enough staff to serve you, how is that possible when there’s other people having staff to serve everybody I hope Burger King gets their act act together otherwise I don’t know why they’re doing in business. I didn’t spend any money there. I couldn’t spend any money because he wouldn’t serve me! Not enough staff to fill my order. This is happening more often than you think in this economy and TOWN! SAD VERY VERY SERIOUS SAD ?!

I gave it a three star because it's just another burger king. But I did enjoy the service. Good

I can't even go into details how bad the service was Sunday 3/10/2024 every drink was wrong food was soggy and cold. If you can't even get a single item right how am I going to trust eating the food worst buger king I have ever been to . Advise to stay away might end up sick from the food.

Food is typical Burger King. Better than M.Service is sooooo slow here.Waited at drive-through just to order for over 10 minutes. Then another 20min to actually pay and get our food. This is par for the course at this location. If you are looking for a fast food restaurant, don't come here.
