I used to mana... read more Not the first time this has happened. I ask for Chalupa to be dropped fresh as they keep them in warmer way to long. Of course they didn’t do it. I used to manage a couple Taco Bell restaurants and those things need thrown out when they are that hard

Came here for dinner 2/9/24 around 6pm, stood at the counter waiting for several minutes. 2-3 kids working in the back looked at us and walked past. Not a word... read more Came here for dinner 2/9/24 around 6pm, stood at the counter waiting for several minutes. 2-3 kids working in the back looked at us and walked past. Not a word was said to us, no one acknowledged us, no one said someone will be out in a minute, nothing! Horrible customer service. Also the floors where the food was being prepared was dirty with dropped food and debris. Looks bad for a customer to see where their food is being made looking that gross . Used to come to this restaurant a lot. We will now go elsewhere.
