There was no one available to take our order, and we found ourselves struggling with our phones just to scan a code. Whatever happened to waitstaff doing their job? The kid-friendly p... read more The service is exceptional and the location is excellent. Although we haven't stayed in the rooms, the food and drinks are a fantastic value. The kid-friendly playroom is a nice touch, and the staff is always lovely. We've never had a bad meal in all the years we've been coming here. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 5. Hotel highlights include its quiet atmosphere, kid-friendly features, and great value.
