I have the Vietnamese Pho-shells of tofu, sweet and noodle in a vegetarian broth, pretty good. the vegetables were easily cooked with a lot of deep roasted tofu and a beautiful tasting broth. my wife has the meat pho. the menu lists Vietnamese vegetarian noodle dishes and there are also Japanese veggie dishes. look for veggie starters in the Japanese menu area. I will go back to try the Japanese herbal tempura.
I always crave their delicious veggie sushi and vermicelli tofu curry. The food is always amazing and I love it.
There are many vegan options at this restaurant, with the Lemongrass Tofu Noodles being a standout dish. The flavors are great, the service is wonderful, and they are very accommodating to vegans with a dedicated section on the menu listing vegetarian options. I'm not sure why it has two dollar signs, as this place is very affordable with big portions. Saigon Tokyo is a winner in my book. The Northeast could use more Pho places - how do people deal with the cold without it?
This restaurant is cozy and comfortable with both booths and a sushi bar for seating. The decor is clean and inviting. The service was quick and friendly. The menu offers a variety of options including Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine. I tried the Vietnamese Pho with tofu, vegetables, and noodles in a flavorful vegetarian broth and it was delicious. My wife ordered the meat Pho, but there are also vegetarian noodle dishes available. There are also Japanese vegetarian options on the menu, including appetizers. I can't wait to go back and try the Japanese vegetable tempura.
Whenever I look for Veggie Sushi or Vermicelli Tofu Curry, they have always served amazing food. I love it.
