Please don't sacrifice service because you are understaffed. We asked for soy sauce for 2 meals and received 2 packets. We knew there wouldn't be a lot and aske... read more Please don't sacrifice service because you are understaffed. We asked for soy sauce for 2 meals and received 2 packets. We knew there wouldn't be a lot and asked for more and you were in a rush and just told us it's in there if you asked for it. Only received one fortune cookie as well. I came back in after seeing only 2 sauces and stood there forever waiting to be acknowledged. No one was eating there and there were 3 employees but only one helping anyone and the lobby was full. I ended up just going to the store next door and buying my own sauce so I don't run into this issue everytime. Portion sizes are also inconsistent. I normally get a mountain of chicken and this time received half the amount and a little extra rice.
