Jersey Mike's Subs

I wish to Jersey Mike's for the first time , I was extremely disappointed. The bread was tough as leather. Take the breadaway Sandwich was good, spread horrible.

I never thought I would be writing a review about a place like this, but my experience today definitely warrants the time. The weather was nasty and I had a lot going on at work. It was going to spend the next 5 hours standing outside, freezing, in the snow and wasn’t looking forward to it. When I walked in Sean asked me how I was doing. I didn’t respond with something positive and he noticed. He turned his full attention to me, explained how the menu works and had a GREAT attitude in the face of my poor one. It was the small things…his friendly smile, professional demeanor, and attentiveness to his customer. How can you keep being aggravated when someone is being so nice? Then he sent me over the edge, just because I was having a crappy day, he bought my lunch! This is customer service! This is professionalism! This is how you want every manager and employee to act. Thanks Sean- you turned the day around.

Staff and food are delightful. Need one in Georgetown Delaware.

Great service and steak sub and original Italian were excellent.

I wish they served fish like Blimpie's, but their sandwiches are best by far.
