horrible customer service and online menu is misleading. when i called to place an order the employee i spoke with was very helpful. their employees are fine but when we ordered we found out that the menu online was inaccurate. it said that the food we got was supposed to come with certain things and it did not. we picked up our food and told them that their menu was misleading and the manager was incredibly rude to... Best pizza hands down! The gluten free option is especially tasty with a rice crust option not just cauliflower and they use fresh mushrooms not canned. I live down the road from another pizza place but I will always go out of my way to order from Franks.
