Description

Nestled in Dover, this restaurant offers a delightful blend of authentic Mexican cuisine at reasonable prices, drawing in locals and visitors alike. Diners rave about the fresh, flavorful dishes, from hearty tacos to zesty chilaquiles. While the ambiance captures a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, the service leaves much to be desired, as many patrons report inconsistent attentiveness and a lack of warmth from staff. The restaurant, known for its cash-only policy, showcases great potential marred by service issues. Despite the criticisms, the food remains a highlight, making it a worthwhile stop for any Mexican food enthusiast.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would, the people who serve you are rude and treat you badly, (not all, but most) as waitresses I understand that certain people you serve can treat you badly but it is not to generalize... Every time I go it's like I'm asking them for a favor, honestly the food is good but the way they treat you is horrible, and if they treat me badly and look at me badly, I don't know what they can do with my food without my noticing, I don't gives security. And how sad because the restaurant has potential, and the service they provide does not help the restaurant.

I had high hopes considering this place advertised as authentic. It was truly awful. I ordered the carnitas tacos, beef tostada and chicken flautas. Came out to $50, which I thought was a bit steep. The carnitas tacos had no actual meat, it was all gooey fat globules. The tostada had some beef but it was hard to chew due to the grizzle. The chicken flautas, which I thought would be the safest bet, was disgusting. It had a strange tomato flavor and the chicken was extremely dry. I definitely won't be returning. There is nothing authentic about this place. Maybe I was taken advantage of or maybe it's just really bad, I don't recommend.
