The Bnl - Dover
The Bnl
Description
A cozy, Black-owned neighborhood brunch spot serving generous Southern plates—standout grits, big pancakes, chicken & waffles and hearty seafood. Staff are warm and owner-involved; a book-and-chess waiting area keeps kids busy. Portions are generous and food is made to order, but the small space and slow kitchen cause waits and occasional overcooking; modest decor and cleanliness could use refresh. Within walking distance of the county courthouse and hospital, it’s a local favorite for those who value flavor and hospitality over polish.

Best brunch in the area without a doubt. I really enjoyed the vibe of this place, especially the art work! Highly recommend.
This rate is based strictly off of being surrounded by nothing to eat. The pancakes were ok tasted a bit doughy and did not have those homemade cripsy edges that were in the description so they should take that off because thats the only reason I got them. Fish was great a little on the fishy tasting side but not terrible. The eggs were eggs and the potatoes were okay. Overall it was 5/10 I've had worse!
I dined in , enjoyed the food and atmosphere definitely would make another lunch date or order out! It passed the the test IT 'S THE BEST !!!!
