They’re noticeably stingy and don’t accept certain coupons because they don’t benefit their bottom line enough. It’s clear the customer is not the first priority. I’d rather drive further across town to support a different Subway and will be doing that from now on.

The Indian lady working there, i... read more I wouldn't even give one star to this place. The staff are rude and show no respect for customers, and the service is terrible. The Indian lady working there, in particular, seemed to have no idea how to interact with customers. As someone from India who has met many people at work, I have never encountered anyone like her. It feels like she works just for the money, not for customer service. This was by far my worst experience at Subway.

The staff is con... read more I highly recommend avoiding this place and choosing any other restaurant instead. The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The staff is consistently rude and treats customers as if they have no idea what good service means. Additionally, they prepare your food haphazardly, giving the impression that they don't care about the quality. I could understand a one-off experience if they were having a rough day, but this has been the case every single time I've visited. They claim not to accept Subway coupons one day, only to suddenly accept them the next. The food quality is also disappointing; the vegetables are often wilted or soggy, and the meat appears as if it has been left out for days. The cleanliness of the establishment is another issue—the floors are dirty, and the food storage area looks unkempt. To top it all off, the parking situation is a nightmare. Save your time and frustration and eat somewhere else.
