Subway - Dover

Beyond frustrated after going here for 13+ yrs, I will NOT be returning to rt10, I will however continue my business with the sweet Indian couple on rt8. The short, white lady at rt10 needs a lesson on customer service and on how to talk to herco-workers!

The short blonde woman was insanely rude basically told me this isn't burger King you can't have your way straight said we don't do it like that got mad at me cause I wanted the sauce on the bread and the veggies on before the meat it was like she was mad Ihas the audacity to pick her subway for lunch. 10/10 would not recommend.

As I continued to place my order, I noticed a Caucasian male customer entering the store. The manager greeted him warmly, asking if he was picking up an order and wishing him a good day. In that moment, I felt racially profiled for the first time in my life. It was an unsettling experience. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to warn others about this Subway location. The manager's service was unacceptable, and she treated customers with a blatant lack of respect.

I went to pick up my subs, but they had thrown them out! When I tried to call the store, they kept hanging up on me! Absolutely terrible!

The manager had some attitude issues... but the staff members are much friendlier!
