After being a customer for 13 years, I’m truly disappointed and will no longer be visiting the Subway on Rt 10. However, I will continue to support the wonderful Indian couple at the Rt 8 location. The short white woman working at Rt 10 clearly needs to improve her customer service skills and learn how to treat her co-workers with respect.
The short blonde woman was extremely rude and basically told me this isn’t Burger King and I can’t have things my way. She bluntly said they don’t do it like that and got upset because I wanted the sauce on the bread and the veggies before the meat. It felt like she was angry just because I chose Subway for lunch. 10/10 would not recommend.
I went to pick up my subs, but they had already been thrown away! When I attempted to call the store, they kept disconnecting the call. This is completely unacceptable!
As I was placing my order, I saw a Caucasian male customer walk into the store. The manager greeted him warmly, asking if he was there to pick up an order and wished him a good day. In that moment, I felt racially profiled for the first time in my life, which was quite unsettling. I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience to warn others about this Subway location. The manager's service was unacceptable, and she displayed a clear lack of respect toward customers.
