Guys don’t go to this restaurant is horrible service they don’t know how to cook stealing your money over charge people

Poor service; the staff at this restaurant provide a disappointing experience and lack customer care. I placed an order that was delivered incorrectly, and when I called to complain, I was told they were busy and couldn't fulfill my order properly. The next time I called, they promised the chicken would be free. However, I ended up paying for it, and they never sent it. Today, when I called to place a new order that included chicken, I asked them to send the chicken I'd already paid for from the previous order. The person on the other end said it wasn’t in the system and didn’t seem to care at all. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor service!

The food here is typically decent, but delivery times are ridiculously long and the woman who answered the phone during our most recent order had a such a terrible attitude.

I visited the restaurant earlier today with a friend, who ordered a large orange chicken with rice. When the lady handed her the food, it turned out to be a small portion instead of the large one my friend had paid for. We politely mentioned, "Oops, sorry, we actually ordered a large." To our surprise, she had the audacity to look my friend up and down and reply, "Yeah, but this is enough food for you." It was completely unnecessary and rude.
