I had to use a spoon to scoop up the overwhelming excess of condiments, as they were dripping everywhere. I specifically ordered no ketchup, yet it was still included. Additionally, there was no ice available, and the soda machine was dirty with no carbonation. The young woman who took our order was polite, but she seemed to be inexperienced. I felt sorry for her because her training clearly lacked substance, as evidenced by how she struggled to get help when she needed it.

I placed an order here for the second time in six months, and when we arrived, there was no record of it. The order wasn't found at all. I highly advise against ordering from this location. My bank confirms that the transaction for the food was completed, but as I mentioned, this is the second time I've faced this issue with no food or record of my purchase. I will never return, and I will make sure to share this experience with all my friends.

The food is given to you cold , and when you ask for your drink that you PAID for the employee rather argue and tell Me she gave it to me which she did not plus had me waiting outside for my food for over 5 minutes then has the nerve to get nasty with me and pretty much call me a liar. I've never eaten at Hardee's before since there aren't many locations near Pennsylvania. We ordered a number 2 and a number 11. They even threw in two apple pies because they accidentally gave our order to someone else. The burger was very fresh, the bun was soft, and the patty had a nice crispy crunch to it. The lettuce was also fresh, just like the chicken sandwich we ordered. The sandwich had just the right amount of mayo and ketchup, and the chicken was delicious. The fries were okay, but they could use a bit more flavor or salt. The restrooms were fairly clean, I’d rate them a 7/10. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was a 9/10, food quality also got a 9/10, and the soda machine was a perfect 10/10—especially for the Diet Dr. Pepper!

Occasionally, I've received food that was cold or seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, but that’s not the case every time. They do have some fantastic workers who are always pleasant! Today, I stopped by for lunch and was offered a taste of their newest item. While it is a bit on the pricier side, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a double burger, and it was really tasty—very fresh and piping hot! My French fries were lukewarm but not cold.
