What Bobby Padberg doesn't like about Burger King:
I advise against visiting this restaurant. They consistently mess up orders, which seems to be their only reliable trait. The quality of the establishment is quite poor, and they are understaffed. I believe they need to either close this Burger King or really restructure their team with capable employees. I apologize for the negativity, but I just don’t understand how it can be this way. The crispy Jalapeno chicken sandwich is very good. Bought two Whoppers. Sloooow Drive thru.
Food was ok. The line was very long, so I ordered through the app and they asked me to come inside to get it. So I did. I ended up having to wait about 20 mins inside to get my food. Burger King has def gone down hill. I haven't been to one in years and today was a reminder of why I hadn't been going there.
This burger king used to be on point but it's seems like now they only get your order halfway right twice now I've ordered a 2 for 10 a big king w bacon no onions or lettuce n pickle, and w.e other samich they always put onions on the burger I specified not to and twice now they have put the bacon on the other samich or gave me a bacon king instead of a double quarter Samich and charge me a lil extra and when I ask em they read it right but then give half way wrogn stuff like ? What's with this please guys I really like this bk but people there need to pay more attention to the tickets and their orders especially custom orders......
This is one of the dirtiest Burger Kings I've ever been to. The food was good and it wasn't busy, but the floors were sticky all throughout, the highchairs were so gross I didn't feel comfortable putting my 9-month-old baby in one, and several tables were dirty from previous customers and weren't cleaned during the 45 minutes we were there. The bathrooms were actually fine, surprisingly. They really need to do some basic cleaning throughout the day.
Today was my all time worst experience (1/29/2023 2:25 PM). I usually go during the week day around lunch where the staff is friendly and exercise good customer service. Today, a young lady took my order at the drive through. I’m still waiting to hear her say “hello,” “thank you” or anything of the sort. When I pulled up to pay, she opened the window, grabbed my money, gave me my change, then handed me my bag of food and immediately closed the window. She never once said a word to me during that entire transaction. Pitiful customer service and, if it wasn’t for the week day lunchtime employees, I wouldn’t step back into this establishment.
