We were all very impressed! The gentleman who took our order was professional, friendly, and had a warm demeanor. The food was fantastic—definitely the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. I really liked the small boxes they used for the food; not only did they look adorable, but they also eliminated the need for washing plates (much nicer than the bags that others use). Excellent food cooked fresh to order. Can be a bit of a wait at busier times mind, but that's the nature of busy times! Never had a bad experience here and I've been a few times now.
Had a takeaway this evening for my daughter's birthday. It was absolutely amazing! We've had many Chinese takeaways over the years but this had to be one of the nicest in a long time. Not greasy at all, good portions and very tasty. Thank you!
Eat in is superb here! Really fresh and great service. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cannot rave about it enough, first time at a Chinese buffet like this and I don't think I'll go anywhere else now. The takeaway service however I wouldn't really go for. Ordered before and food was pretty tastless and not of great quality. If you want to eat at New Moon Flower, definitely sit in and enjoy!
