Terrible customer service at this restaurant. Three young women working behind the counter were constantly complaining and expressed their desire to close and go home during lunchtime on Sunday. When I asked for iced lattes, I was informed they had run out of both milk and ice. I also witnessed one of the employees cough all over the service counter without covering her mouth. I recently started in deal and decided to try hope and lane, I was greeted by two very welcoming young ladies who made me three hot chocolates to take away. the hot chocolates were delicious along the side millionaire shortbread. I will come back in definitiw! great customer service!
I always go to the caffe in deal. friendly staff, big coffee. personal favorite is the caramel latte. beautiful mood and fresh decor. Hopefully they are going to power.
Large small caffe that sits up, served cake, have doggie tasty on the side. it has beautiful atmosphere, not loud and great worth for money
