I had a wonderful experience at this café. It was not just a traditional fish and chips shop (which I was in search of), but also offered a variety of homemade dishes. The staff was attentive and made sure everything was to my satisfaction during my meal and upon leaving. Most importantly, the fish, chips, and peas were delicious and served hot and fresh. Overall, this is a great local café that is well-managed. View all feedback.

Although the staff were friendly i had a bit of a shock at the price i was charged for a takeaway i never said nothing but asked for a takeaway menu he said we dont have any but you can take a picture of the wall menu when i got home and checked what i paid and the prices on the menu i was well overcharged having used other local fishbars which are way cheaper View all feedback.
My first time here, with my mum and dad and their dog, my husband and 2 children ages 6 and 8. We are so pleased we spotted the sign for this place up by the beach. Just a short walk from the arcades, through the carpark. A very warm welcome on arrival and settled quickly into the lovely atmosphere. Delicious food, large portions and very friendly, helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal, the children loved their Oreo milkshakes to. We would definitely recommend here with the family, for a friendly, relaxed dining experience. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.
We have eaten here in the restaurant or take away many times. The range of food offered is excellent is invariably well cooked and the service is always prompt and friendly even to noisy small boys
The best fish chips I've had for a long time. Big portion sizes and they sell wine too My son has never tried cod but he did here because he said it looked amazing! When we come bk to deal, we will come back for our dinner! Amazing service too, so attentive nice. Thank you
We met a local when walking around Deal and he reccomended The Happy Fryer. Although its just off the front road it is easy to find and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and it was wheel chair fruendly which was good as we were with elderly parents. Good food and good service
